Terms and Conditions

There are a number of things to do before you can hire one of the vehicles at Christchurch Classic Cars. You will need to

• Read, fill in and sign the Rental Agreement in full. This applies to all bookings.
• Send authorisation to deduct a 50 percent deposit from your credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX only) at the same time the Rental Agreement is faxed to Classic Cars. Our fax number is + 64 3 314 7065.

Payment of a $5,000 Bond is also required. This covers any accident, damage or insurance excess will be required. The Bond is refunded in full providing the vehicle is returned without damage.

Rental Agreement
Please make sure you read and understand the Rental Agreement as this is an important document.

The Rental Agreement covers a number of important issues including who is eligible to drive the vehicle, where you can and cannot drive the vehicle and the use of the vehicle.

It explains where to return the car, maintenance, safety and security and payment for the vehicle among other things.
